All of our holidays include a free door-to-door service within selected postcode ranges, to add that extra special touch we know is so important.

Whether it is a family owned hotel in a British seaside resort or a luxury property in some far flung destination, rest assured that we carefully hand-select all the accommodation we use to ensure you have the best possible holiday. The Palmer family have been in the travel industry for more than 40 years, so you can be rest assured you are in safe hands when you book with us, and because we are members of ABTA and fully licensed by the CAA, your hard earned holiday money will always be protected.

We know your accommodation is just as important as your coach travel and destination when it comes to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. That's why we hand-select hotels of only a three of four star standard as minimum. Enjoy fabulous hospitality, great food, friendly service and all the facilities the hotel has to offer during your stay.

Many of the hotels we use have spa facilities on site, we would suggest that you book any treatments you may wish to indulge in during your holiday in advance with the hotel. Our holiday advisors are always happy to assist if you have any questions.
